( For Indian artist or Non - Indian artist all type Offline Exhibition / Online Exhibition / Art Fair / Art Festival / Art Competition / Online Art Competition / Artbook )

 

Thank you for choosing our service. We strive to provide a satisfactory experience to our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or using our services.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY :
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer :
If you wish to cancel your participation, please inform us the valid reason by email as soon as possible. The cancellation process automaticly done when you not submit the artwork and nor attend the event /exhibition.
 

1.2 Cancellation by Us :
Global art carnival (organizer) has a right to cancel or postponed or amendment his event at any situation. None of any participant can request him to modify the date and cancel the show. we are not responsible for unavoidable situations or deed of god or any technical problem etc.
 

Common Reason for cancellation the participation : 

  • Non-payment: If payment for the product or service is not received within the specified timeframe.

  • Violation of Terms: If you breach any terms and conditions outlined in our agreement or terms of service.

  • Unavailability: If the product or service becomes unavailable or discontinued.

  • In the event of cancellation by us, we will notify you promptly and fees is non-refundable, but we will transfer your participation to another show/event.

REFUND POLICY :

  •  Registration fess/Service cost/Participation fees is NON-REFUNDABLE .

  •  The advance booking amount of registration fees/participation fees will not be refunded in any case.

  •  Service cost / Registration fees / Participation fees / Advance fees / Installment fees  are NON - REFUNDABLE . 

  •  If participant not submit self declaration after submit the advance amount or Intallment amount or Full amount . It will be consider that participant is agree with all terms & conditions of the exhibition.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
