Shipping Policy

( For Indian artist or Non - Indian artist all type Offline Exhibition / Online Exhibition / Art Fair / Art Festival / Art Competition / Online Art Competition / Artbook )


SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS :
We will send back the artwork/Painting after finished the event/exhibition to client/participant by available courier service according to local area, If shipping applicable.
 

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME :

• For Indian Participant/Client - 4 to 10 days.

• For Non- Indian Participant/Client - 20 - 30 business or calendar days .If there any potential delays that may occur, such as during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, customs clearance).
   

SHIPPING COSTS AND FEES :
Shipping cost and If any additional fees or surcharges that client/ participant/artist may incur, such as customs duties or taxes for international shipments is applicable will be bear by client/ participant/artist.
 

ORDER TRACKING :
We will share the tracking number to client/ participant/artist they can track the shipment from respective courier company website.
 

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS :
Global art carnival (Organizer) We are not responsible for any damage or lost of parcel during shipping.
 

POLICY UPDATES :
Our shipping policy may be subject to updates or revisions, and state that client/participant/artist should check the policy periodically for any changes.
