Terms & Conditions

( For Indian artist or Non - Indian artist all type Offline Exhibition / Online Exhibition / Art Fair / Art Festival / Art Competition / Online Art Competition / Artbook )
 


ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS  ( By Website ) :

  • Go to website registration page ( www.globalartcarnival.com/registration )

  • Select art exhibition project and press Book Participation button.

  • Read all details and Select the quantity  and pay the fees by CHECKOUT button.

  • ​After Pay the fees you will get the confirmation ticket of your participation.

  • Submit the Self declaration by email at globalartcarnival.com@gmail.com 

  • Registration Done !
     

OFFLINE  REGISTRATION PROCESS  ( By Pdf Detail ) :

  • Submit the Self-Declaration picture and pay the service cost or fees and send the screenshot by email at globalartcarnival.com@gmail.com

  • Also submit the artist biodata with artist picture along with artwork picture and detail like size , medium and title by email.

  • After received the all detail we will share you participation banner in next 4 days.

  • Registration Done !
     

POLICY FOR PRIZE MONEY / WINNING AMOUNT : 

  • Prize money / Winning amount will be transferred to the winner ( participant ) account or google pay or other detail demand by the organizer for transfer the amount. ( if cash prize )

  • The prize money will transfer to the winner ( participant ) account on only the given date by the organizer.

  • If the winner ( participant )  is minor then the amount will be transferred to the winner guardian ( Mother, Father, etc. ) 

  • If the winner ( participant ) did not provide correct bank/google pay or other detail then we ( global art carnival ) or organizer are not responsible for that, we will not transfer the winning amount again. 

  • If the winner ( participant ) or guardian did not provide a bank or other details for transfer prize money on the given date by the organizer then your prize money will be forfeited by the organizer. 

  • Once prize money is forfeited, we ( global art carnival or organizer ) will not send you again in any case.

  • PayPal

  • Other Payments Option ( Google pay , Phone pe , Paytm , NEFT/IMPS or UPI )

  • By Cash ( Immediately at the time of registration )

  • By Payment Gateways ( Credit card , Debit card , Net Banking or UPI )


NOTE -

  • All disputes are in Rajasthan high court only.

  • The decision of the jury panel for online art competition will be treated final without any question.

  • We ( global art carnival ) has a right to update or change the terms and conditions of the all type event ( like exhibition , online exhibition , art festival , online art festival , art competition , online art competition , workshops and online workshops etc. ) at anytime.

  • 50 Rs. charge for issue a duplicate digital certificate and 100 Rs. charge for issue for duplicate hard copy of certificate.

  • We do not take any guarantee of sale from any form of art exhibition.

  • We don't allow copy artwork in our exhibition , if any artist display any copywork if that work not in our knowledge than we are not responsible for any dispute. ( copyright owner and copywork artist is responsible )

  • If you already pay the registration fee, but did not provide self declaration before deadline date whether its verbal or written in event detail or notification for submission of details and documents for any event ( art competition ,art exhibition) in which you participate then your fees amount will be forfeited and your participation will be cancel. 

  • No Catalogue and No promotional banner for late entiry in online exhibition or online competition .

  • lost and damaged artwork/artworks during shipping is not our responsibility by any way either you ship to us or we ship back to you.
